Climate Jobs Fairs are a flagship initiative of the Climate Jobs Board by Climate Collective Foundation, designed to bridge the gap between climate-tech startups seeking skilled talent and students and professionals looking to build meaningful careers in the green economy.
Unlike conventional job fairs, our Climate Jobs Fairs are curated exclusively for the climate ecosystem. We work closely with startups to understand their hiring needs, mobilise candidates through our partner universities and community, and facilitate structured interactions that lead to internships, jobs, and long-term career opportunities.
Since launching the initiative, Climate Collective Foundation has successfully organised 11 editions of Climate Jobs Fairs across India — through both in-person and virtual formats. Our vision extends beyond hiring events: every fair strengthens India's climate talent ecosystem by helping startups build high-performing teams, while creating accessible career pathways for aspiring climate professionals, particularly students from institutions with limited placement opportunities.

As part of Delhi Climate Innovation Week (DCIW) 2026, Climate Collective Foundation organised a flagship Climate Jobs Fair at TERI SAS, bringing together climate-tech startups and aspiring professionals to accelerate hiring across India's growing climate ecosystem. Through startup booths, networking sessions, and on-the-spot interviews, founders and candidates engaged directly — resulting in meaningful hiring outcomes.
Climate Jobs Fair × HPE Climate Data Fellowship
As part of the HPE Climate Data Fellowship, Climate Collective Foundation organised a nationwide Climate Jobs Fair to connect climate-tech startups with talented students and professionals interested in climate data, AI, analytics, sustainability, and business roles — combining sourcing, screening, and interview coordination into one structured hiring process.
