We are building SuryaNexa, a smart platform designed to help solar businesses generate leads, create instant quotations, and close deals faster.

As a Business Development Associate - SaaS, you will be responsible for connecting with solar installers, EPC companies, and business owners, demonstrating the value of SuryaNexa, and converting them into paying customers. (Database will be provided to you)

This is a performance-driven role where your efforts directly impact your earnings and growth. If you are ambitious, confident in communication, and want to build a career in sales and the renewable energy sector—this opportunity is for you.

Earning Potential (Performance-Based Growth)

Fixed Pay: ₹5,000/month

Incentives Per Sale:

₹100 (1-Month Plan) | ₹500 (6-Month Plan) | ₹1,000 (12-Month Plan)

What You Can Earn (No upper limit on earnings)

10 deals/month → ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 20 deals/month → ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 Top performers → ₹40,000+ per month

Performance Bonus 10+ closures → ₹2,000 bonus 20+ closures → ₹5,000 bonus 30+ closures → ₹10,000 bonus
