Role overview & Key responsibilities:

1. Partnerships & Outreach

1. Identify, research, and pursue aligned CSR and philanthropic partnership opportunities with corporates, foundations, and government programs.
2. Draft compelling concept notes, proposals, and grant applications aligned with partner priorities and PadCare’s vision.

2. Relationship Management & Partner Success

1. Build, nurture, and sustain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential partners.
2. Maintain continuous engagement through regular updates, impact reports, review meetings, and collaborative planning.
3. Serve as the key liaison between partners and internal teams to ensure alignment, transparency, and mutual value creation.

3. Communication & Engagement

1. Represent PadCare Labs at industry events, CSR forums, and conferences to enhance visibility and build new relationships.
2. Collaborate with the Communications and Impact teams to develop case studies, success stories, and impact narratives.

4. Monitoring & Reporting

1. Work closely with the Impact & Operations teams to prepare reports, ROI analyses, and data-driven insights for partners.
2. Track partnership metrics, engagement KPIs, and feedback to refine outreach strategies and strengthen partner retention.

What we're looking for:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Social Work, Development Studies, or related field.
2. 5–8 years of experience in CSR fundraising, partnership management, or development sector.
3. A strong network in corporate CSR, foundations, or grant-making organizations is a plus.
4. Excellent proposal writing, presentation, and communication skills.
5. Ability to analyze data, measure impact, and communicate results effectively.
6. Passionate about women’s health, sustainability, and social impact.
