CSR PARTNERSHIPS MANAGER (GD-05)

Role Purpose

To develop and manage strategic partnerships with corporates, CSR foundations, philanthropic institutions, and funding agencies to mobilize resources and support sustainable development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential CSR partners and corporate donors.
• Develop partnership proposals, concept notes, and funding presentations.
• Build and maintain relationships with CSR heads, foundations, and industry leaders.
• Coordinate project reporting and impact communication to funding partners.
• Support fundraising campaigns and partnership events.
• Track CSR opportunities, government schemes, and funding announcements.
• Collaborate with project teams to design scalable social impact programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Management, Social Work, Development Studies, Public Policy, or related fields.
• 5–8 years of experience in CSR, fundraising, partnerships, or social impact programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and business development skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
