Deputy Manager Csr

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced (min 5 years) CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) Assistant /Deputy Manager for our CSR initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project monitoring and evaluation, management information systems (MIS), and excellent communication skills. The candidate will be responsible for evaluating CSR projects to ensure they align with the company's values and contribute positively to the community and environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. CSR Project Management:

- Monitor and evaluate the progress and impact of CSR projects, ensuring they meet objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.

- Prepare detailed monthly/ quarterly reports on project performance, including financials, timelines, and its impact.

2. Monitoring and Evaluation:

- Design and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks to assess the effectiveness and impact of CSR projects.

- Use data-driven insights to improve project outcomes and ensure continuous improvement.

3. Management Information Systems (MIS):

- Utilize MIS tools to track, analyze, and report on CSR activities and outcomes.

- Ensure accurate and timely data collection, analysis, and reporting to support decision-making.

- To ensure CSR project and data upload on Mgrant portal (online data management portal)

- Prepare and submit required reports to the CSR team

Qualifications:

- Masters degree in business administration, Social Sciences, Environmental Studies, or a related field.

- Proven experience in CSR project management, monitoring, and evaluation.

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Management Information Systems (MIS) and data analysis tools.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

- Strong organizational and project management skills.
