We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Energy Analyst Intern to join our team. We want a literate, numerate, and articulate graduate who excels in precision, analysis, and communication. You’ll be at the intersection of cutting edge technology and clean energy, optimizing battery storage systems, analyzing energy markets, and learning the ins and outs of data science in real-time.

1. Data Analysis - Master the fundamentals by collecting and analyzing large datasets with Python/Excel.
2. Market Research - Develop a deep understanding of US electricity markets and battery storage rules.
3. Technical Presentation - Present findings and recommendations with clarity and precision to the team.
4. Problem Solving - Support in developing new features and resolving technical queries for BatteryOS.

The first month is an unpaid training period where you’ll be expected to pick up the fundamentals quickly and apply them to real work. We invest our time in training you, not the other way around.

After one month, your performance will be reviewed. If you meet our standards, you’ll receive ₹25,000/month stipend going forward. If not, your internship will end there.

Those who consistently perform for three months and demonstrate they can contribute meaningfully to the team will be offered a full-time role.
