We have an excellent opportunity for male candidates to work as EV 2-Wheeler Sales Executives with a leading Indian multinational ride-sharing company that also operates across financial services and cloud kitchens . This role is ideal for candidates with prior automobile sales experience who are passionate about electric vehicles and customer engagement.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain a presentable appearance and positive attitude
  

• Lead management through showroom walk-ins and telephone inquiries
  

• Enter all customer inquiries accurately in the system with complete details
  

• Demonstrate EV scooters to prospective customers
  

• Conduct test rides and convert leads into final sales
  

• Address customer queries related to scooter specifications, pricing, delivery timelines, and finance options
  

• Ensure proper closing and follow-up with customers
  

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Percentage of test ride (TR) completion from scheduled TRs
  

• Sales conversion percentage from completed test rides
  

• Strict adherence to processes and SOPs (no deviations)
  

• Deliver excellent customer experience with zero negative feedback
  

• Maintain a strong customer experience (CX) rating
  

Requirements

Experience & Skills

• At least 1 year sales experience in 2 wheeler EV
  

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
  

• Must know 2-wheeler driving (Driving License not mandatory)
  

Qualification

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass + Diploma / Graduation
  

• ITI candidates are not eligible
