Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master’s in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or related fields.
- Hands-on experience with integration and testing.
- Knowledge of heat transfer, Seebeck effect, and power electronics.
- Experience with simulation tools (COMSOL Multiphysics, ANSYS, MATLAB/Simulink).
- Familiarity with biomass combustion or gasification systems (desirable).
- Experience with embedded systems and control algorithms for energy management.
- Proficiency in prototyping, instrumentation, and data acquisition.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in renewable energy systems, rural electrification, or clean tech projects.
- Knowledge of safety protocols in thermal-electrical systems.
- Field deployment experience in off-grid or rural energy solutions.
