Founder's Office Intern (Strategy & Special Projects)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Founder's Office Intern to work directly with the Founder on strategic initiatives and day-to-day business operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple business functions, including strategy, fundraising, operations, business development, sales, marketing, and partnerships.

The ideal candidate enjoys solving problems, conducting research, organizing information, and supporting high-impact projects in a fast-paced startup environment. Every week will be different, providing exposure to how an early-stage climate-tech company is built and scaled.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market, competitor, policy, and industry research to support strategic decision-making.
• Research impact investors, venture funds, and grant opportunities.
• Maintain investor databases and fundraising trackers.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Prepare reports, presentations, meeting notes, and project updates.
• Track key business initiatives and follow up on action items.
• Assist with founder-led marketing initiatives and content research.
• Coordinate with internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Third or fourth-year undergraduate student, final-year student, or recent graduate in Business, Engineering, Economics, Management, Design, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Docs).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Curiosity, initiative, and willingness to learn in a startup environment.
• Interest in startups, climate-tech, sustainability, entrepreneurship, or venture capital is a plus.
