Intern - Visual Communication Design

About the Role

We are looking for a Visual Communication Designer who is curious about how stories come alive through design. This role goes beyond creating posts. It requires someone who can observe, interpret and express narratives about people, materials and the brand’s journey through thoughtful visuals.

This internship is designed as an exploration. You will have space to experiment with visuals, tools and creative processes while learning to build meaningful, story-led design outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Observe brand processes and translate insights into visual narratives.

• Support the creation of visual content, from photography layouts to motion and graphic experiments.

• Assist in shaping brand stories across digital platforms.

• Contribute ideas to design campaigns and storytelling projects.

• Collaborate with the team on conceptualising visuals, compositions and tonal direction.

• Experiment with AI-assisted creative tools to explore new modes of visual expression.

• Maintain consistency in visual language across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Design, Visual Communication or Fine Arts.

• A portfolio that reflects curiosity and a sense of visual storytelling.

• Working knowledge of tools such as Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects or Blender.

• Interest or basic exposure to AI-driven creative tools is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail, openness to feedback and willingness to learn.

• Ability to collaborate in a small, design-driven team.

• A keen eye for photography, framing and visual composition.
