Marketing Associate

Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and creative Marketing Associate to support our brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement. The role involves executing marketing campaigns, creating content, coordinating events, and supporting founder-led marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
• Create and manage marketing content, including blogs, case studies, newsletters, and social media posts.
• Coordinate founder-led marketing activities and content calendars.
• Support website updates and SEO initiatives.
• Design marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and product catalogues.
• Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
• Coordinate participation in exhibitions, conferences, and industry events.
• Maintain the company's digital asset library and brand consistency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in marketing or communications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is preferred.
• Creative mindset with strong organizational skills.
• Interest in sustainability, climate-tech, or construction is a plus.
