Hiring: Site In charge/ O&M Engineer / Senior Technician – Solar Rooftop Project

Location: Bidadi, Bangalore, Karnataka

⚡ Project Size: 9 MW Rooftop Solar Project

Industry: Solar PV Operations & Maintenance

We are looking for experienced and dedicated professionals for the position of Site Incharge / O&M Engineer / Senior Technician for our large-scale rooftop solar project in Bangalore. C Class Supervisor License of Karnataka is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily operation and maintenance of rooftop solar plants
• Preventive and corrective maintenance activities
• Troubleshooting of inverters, SCBs, ACDB/DCDB, and related electrical systems
• Monitoring plant performance and ensuring maximum uptime
• Coordination with site teams and reporting activities
• Ensuring safety compliance at site

Eligibility Criteria

• Diploma in Electrical / Electronics Engineering
• 3–5 years of experience in Solar O&M projects
• Mandatory: Karnataka Electrical Supervisor License
• Good understanding of rooftop solar systems and electrical troubleshooting
• Ability to handle site operations independently

Preferred Skills

• Experience in MW-scale rooftop solar projects
• Strong troubleshooting and reporting skills
• Team handling capability
