Valency Energy is seeking a detail-oriented Platform Operations Coordinator to manage day-to-day ecosystem operations as we scale India's first circular renewable energy platform. You'll be the glue connecting manufacturers, EPC partners, and customers to ensure seamless transactions and quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate end-to-end renewable energy project flow - from inquiry to installation to monitoring

• Manage relationships with EPC partners, ensuring quality standards and timely deployments

• Track equipment/material orders from manufacturers through platform, resolve logistics issues

• Monitor project timelines, delivery schedules, and coordinate between suppliers and customers

• Maintain platform data integrity - update project status, transaction records, performance metrics

• Handle operational queries from partners, customers, and EPCs (act as central coordination point)

• Generate operational reports (weekly/monthly) on projects, partnerships, and platform activity

• Identify process bottlenecks and recommend workflow improvements

• Support onboarding of new partners (manufacturers, EPCs, customers) to platform

• Coordinate site visits, quality audits, and performance monitoring with EPC partners

• Assist with customer success initiatives - ensure installations meet quality standards

• Maintain documentation for compliance, regulatory requirements, and partner agreements

What We're Looking For:

• 0-3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or supply chain management

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability

• Excellent communication skills - comfortable liaising with diverse stakeholders

• Problem-solver who can independently resolve operational issues

• Proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace, CRM tools (experience with project management tools a plus)

• Quick learner who can adapt to evolving startup environment

• Passion for climate tech and renewable energy

• Comfortable working with data, tracking metrics, and improving processes
