Project Manager (Operations & Execution)

We are seeking a Civil Engineer with strong project management and execution experience to lead installations, operations and production for our low-carbon cladding systems and precast product lines. The ideal candidate brings hands-on expertise in project planning, site execution and factory operations, combined with an understanding of concrete mix design, material optimisation and sustainable construction technologies. Knowledge of construction material chemistry, carbonation curing, alternative binders, industrial waste utilisation and climate-tech innovations is an added advantage.

Qualifications

• B.E. or M.E. in Civil Engineering, preferably with a focus on Construction or Project Management

• 2 to 4 years of experience in project management, operations or site execution in construction or precast materials

• Strong understanding of construction materials, quality standards and installation systems

• Experience coordinating with architects, contractors, clients and multidisciplinary teams

• Exposure to lean manufacturing, production planning and resource optimisation

• Familiarity with sustainable materials, carbonation curing or alternative binders is preferred

• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects independently with full ownership

Roles and Responsibilities

Project Management

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of product installations and factory operations

• Develop project timelines, track progress and ensure on-time delivery

Operations Oversight

• Manage daily factory operations, production flow and dispatch scheduling

• Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements for higher throughput

Quality Assurance

• Enforce QC standards for production and installation

• Monitor efflorescence, color consistency, finish quality and dimensional accuracy

• Maintain QC documentation and drive continuous improvement

Client and Stakeholder Coordination

• Act as the primary technical liaison for architects, contractors and clients

• Ensure smooth communication and seamless installation and after-sales support

Vendor and Resource Management

• Supervise contractors, suppliers and labor teams for timely, cost-effective execution

• Optimize manpower, equipment and material utilization

Reporting and Documentation

• Track project progress and prepare regular status reports

• Document learnings for operational standardization

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work with R&D, design and business development teams to scale lab innovations to production and field execution

Safety and Compliance

• Ensure adherence to safety norms, environmental requirements and company policies
