Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position located in Gurugram India for the role of Digital Content Creator. The role involves designing, creating, and managing digital content for various platforms, ensuring alignment with the company’s values and objectives. Responsibilities include content creation such as videos, blogs, and posts; managing digital campaigns; social media updates; and monitoring content performance analytics. Collaboration with teams to ensure impactful communication and alignment with the organization's goals is crucial.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Content Creation, Writing, and editing for both long-form and short-form formats
- Knowledge of Social Media Management, Content Marketing, and Digital Campaign Strategies
- Experience with Graphic Design and Video Editing tools
- Strong Research skills to develop informed and impactful content
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work creatively within deadlines in a team-oriented environment
- Familiarity with waste management practices, sustainability, or related fields is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field is preferred
