Role Overview

As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with homeowners across Australia, educating them on solar battery rebate benefits, and converting qualified leads into confirmed sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Call and convert warm & qualified leads for solar battery installations
• Educate customers about Australian government rebate programs
• Explain product benefits, savings, and ROI convincingly
• Handle objections and close sales confidently
• Maintain accurate CRM updates and sales records
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

Candidate Profile

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Extremely sales driven with a go-getter attitude
• Self-motivated and target obsessed
• Confident communicator with strong objection-handling skills
• Experienced in telesales/inside sales (solar or energy sales preferred)
• Proven track record of conversions & revenue generation (mandatory)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, incentive-heavy environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month
