Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and confident Sales Executive – AMC who will be responsible for converting leads, following up with existing clients for AMC renewals, pitching AMC benefits, and closing service contracts. You will work closely with the service and operations team to ensure high customer satisfaction and timely closures.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to generate leads for AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts).
Contact existing customers for AMC renewals, upgrades, and add-on services.
Understand client requirements and recommend the right AMC package.
Prepare AMC quotations, pricing sheets, and proposals.
Maintain and update customer data, follow-up records, and CRM/Excel sheets.
Coordinate with service engineers for site visits, complaint closures, and renewal reminders.
Achieve monthly AMC sales targets with strong follow-up performance.
Build long-term customer relationships through regular engagement.
AMC renewals and new AMC closures achieved as per target i.e 2 lakh / month.
Handle objections professionally and convert leads into closures.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and sales skills.
Strong convincing ability and follow-up discipline.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, email drafting, and basic CRM.
Ability to understand technical service requirements (training will be provided).
Quick learner with a customer-first mindset.
Qualifications:
Graduate in any stream.
1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales / AMC Sales / Telesales preferred.
