5-10 years of proven B2B sales experience, including strong exposure to Building Management Systems (BMS) and IoT, along with experience in capital equipment, industrial sales, facility solutions, energy services, HVAC, or related industries.
Strong track record of achieving and scaling revenue targets.
Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in long-cycle, multi stakeholder environments.
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers such as CXOs, consultants, and facility leaders.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Techno-commercial acumen to understand and sell automation-driven, energy efficiency solutions.
Awareness of sustainability and energy efficiency as a business value proposition.
