Bridgeway Power Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Sales Manager – Inside Sales to lead and grow our inside sales operations in the solar and power solutions segment.

🔹Key Responsibilities

•Manage and lead the inside sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

•Train and mentor the inside sales team on products, pitch, and closing techniques.

•Prepare and negotiate quotations, pricing, and commercial terms.

•Track lead funnel, conversions, and follow-ups.

•Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and present performance reviews to management.

•Handle inbound and outbound sales leads related to solar panels.

🔹Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in inside sales or sales management.
• Solar industry experience preferred (solar panels, inverters, EPC sales).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and team-handling skills.
• Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up discipline.
