    Role Overview:

    The Senior Program Manager - Sales at Kazam will play a crucial role in driving strategic sales initiatives. This position involves identifying and leveraging sales opportunities within

    the existing client base, including upselling, cross-selling, and facilitating new product development. The ideal candidate will possess strong relationship management skills, a

    proactive approach, and a deep understanding of the EV industry.

    Key Responsibilities:

    ● Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and enhance client engagement.

    ● Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, understanding their needs and aligning them with Kazam’s solutions.

    ● Opportunity Identification: Identify and capitalize on opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and new product development within existing client accounts.

    ● Product Development Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the product development team to create customized solutions that meet client needs.

    ● Market Insight: Stay updated on EV industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to inform and adapt sales strategies.

    ● Sales Reporting: Generate detailed reports on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

    ● Cross-functional collaboration: Work with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive client experience.

    Qualifications:

    ● 4-8 years of experience in sales, preferably within the EV industry or related sectors.

    ● Proven track record of strategic sales success and achieving sales targets.

    ● Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

    ● Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects effectively.

    ● Experience in working closely with product development teams is a plus.

    ● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
