INTERNSHIP DETAILS:-
Duration: 3 Months (Starting from 1st week of Jan 2026)
Workload: Full-time, 30–36 hours per week
Compensation: Unpaid
Mode: Hybrid / Remote depending on the role
Reporting Line: Team Lead / Department Manager

Key Responsibilities
Create and post engaging content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook
Assist in planning and managing the social media content calendar
Design basic creatives, reels, and short videos related to solar energy and sustainability
Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement
Analyze performance metrics and prepare weekly reports
Support promotional campaigns, events, and digital initiatives
Research trends and suggest innovative content ideas
Requirements
- Students or recent graduates from any discipline
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and trends
- Content writing and communication skills
- Basic design/editing skills (Canva, CapCut, InShot, etc.)
- Creativity and ability to think visually
- Interest in sustainability, green energy, or climate-tech
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
- Prior experience in social media handling is a plus (not mandatory)
- Passion to learn and grow in digital marketing
