Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000/month + Performance Incentives

About the Role\n

We are looking for a Solar Project Manager / Solar Project Engineer who can independently manage rooftop solar projects from site survey to installation, commissioning and documentation .

\n

The candidate should have practical knowledge of solar EPC/project management and be comfortable coordinating with customers, engineers, technicians, vendors, finance teams and government/discom-related processes.

Key Responsibilities\n

1. Solar Project Management

\n

\n
• Complete project management from lead/project allocation to commissioning
\n
• Residential, Commercial & Industrial rooftop solar projects
\n
• Manage On-Grid, Off-Grid & Hybrid Solar Systems
\n
• Prepare project execution plans and timelines
\n
• Coordinate site survey, design, material planning and installation
\n
• Monitor project quality, cost and timeline
\n

\n

2. PM Surya Ghar / Rooftop Solar Projects

\n

\n
• Handle rooftop solar projects under applicable government schemes
\n
• Coordinate customer documentation and application processes
\n
• Coordinate with DISCOM/net-metering related requirements
\n
• Track project status from application to commissioning
\n

\n

3. Documentation

\n

\n
• Site survey reports
\n
• Technical/project documents
\n
• Customer KYC and required documents
\n
• Work orders and project files
\n
• Installation & commissioning reports
\n
• Net-metering/documentation coordination
\n
• Maintain project records and status reports
\n

\n

4. Loan / Finance Process

\n

\n
• Coordinate customer loan/finance documentation
\n
• Coordinate with finance/NBFC/bank teams
\n
• Track loan application and approval status
\n
• Coordinate disbursement-related project requirements
\n

\n

5. Team Management

\n

\n
• Manage Solar Engineers, Technicians and Installation Teams
\n
• Allocate site-wise work
\n
• Monitor daily project progress
\n
• Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams
\n
• Resolve site-level technical/operational issues
\n
• Ensure timely completion of projects
\n

\n

6. Technical Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Understand solar panel, inverter, structure, DC/AC cable, earthing, protection and other BOS components
\n
• Basic knowledge of electrical design and safety
\n
• Understand single-line diagrams and rooftop layouts
\n
• Coordinate testing, commissioning and handover
\n

Preferred Candidate\n

We are looking for someone who has:

✅ B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering

\n

✅ 1–2 years of relevant Solar/EPC/Project Management experience

\n

✅ Rooftop Solar project experience

\n

✅ Knowledge of On-Grid, Off-Grid & Hybrid systems

\n

✅ Good documentation and reporting skills

\n

✅ Team-handling capability

\n

✅ Customer coordination skills

\n

✅ Willingness to travel for project/site visits

\n

✅ Good communication and problem-solving skills

\n

✅ Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets/project reporting

Lead/Project → Site Survey → Technical Planning → BOQ → Material Planning → Finance/Loan → Documentation → Installation → Testing → Net Metering → Commissioning → Customer Handover

Compensation\n

₹25,000 – ₹30,000/month
