We are looking for a driven Sr.Sales Executive to spearhead our growth in Hyderabad and Telangana. The role involves identifying and acquiring developers, contractors, and institutional buyers, building relationships with architects and consultants, and driving sales of certified sustainable materials through the hubeco platform.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive B2B2C sales by engaging with real estate developers, contractors, EPC players, residential owners and consultants.
• Generate new leads and manage the end-to-end sales cycle (outreach, presentations, negotiations, and closures).
• Promote hubeco’s sustainable product portfolio (AAC blocks, recycled bricks, paints, adhesives,steel, hybrid thermal panels, water systems, etc.).
• Work closely with the procurement teams of developers to position hubeco as a green procurement partner.
• Build a pipeline of high-value projects and manage long-term client relationships.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on local campaigns, events, and trade shows.
• Collect and share market intelligence (pricing trends, competitor activity, demand insights) to inform strategy.
• Ensure post-sales coordination with suppliers and operations for smooth delivery and payment closure.
