Tendering Executive – Solar Projects (Government & Commercial)
About the Job
We are looking for a dynamic Tendering Executive to manage bid preparation, costing, and documentation for government and commercial solar projects. The candidate will coordinate with design, engineering, and procurement teams to prepare technically sound and commercially competitive bids for Smart Cities, PSUs, Corporates, and Institutions.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze RFPs/RFQs, prepare pre-bid queries, and ensure compliance
- Draft and compile technical & financial bid documents
- Prepare BOQ and cost estimation with accuracy
- Coordinate with internal departments for design and pricing inputs
- Track tenders, maintain submission schedules, and ensure timely responses
