The major areas of work and tasks for this position are as follows:
- Acts as the primary leader/work as a team member for carrying out the assigned energy audit project in India and Abroad.
- Develop project schedules for field study and execute according to plan for the assigned projects
- Responsible for the audit timeline and cost control
- Carry out the performance analysis of various systems/equipment as per the scope of the work.
- Identify and develop viable energy conservation measures for assigned project
- Oversees project activities for compliance with specifications, local codes and installation techniques
- Attends job progress meetings as required by the project manager or management
- Prepare audit report as per the requirement of the project
- Actively pursues additional work through change orders
- Prepares/ Assists in the preparation of proposals and negotiate final settlement price and customer acceptance
- Effectively communicate project progress, issues and financial status to management as required
- Ensures subcontractors understand the expectations of the project and monitoring of the same.
Qualification and skills
Job Requirement
- At least 4+ years experience in energy audit/energy efficiency and performance improvement studies in industries/ buildings/ municipal facilities
- Capacity and willingness to train the new joinees
- Knowledge of Microsoft office/Chrome book
- Good time management skills and ability to be flexible and to meet the deadline for energy audit objectives
- Knowledge of handling/usage of energy audit instruments
- Must exhibit strong attention to detail, safety consciousness and willing to learn
- Data analysis skills

Education Requirements
- Masters degree in Energy management/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Must have Energy Auditor/Energy Manager certificate from BEE
As this position requires establishing and keeping business relations, the candidate must bring equivalent marketing and business-to-business skills. The position further requires networking capabilities, high proficiency in English language, strong communication skills and the capability to work in teams and on own initiatives as required. Travel is expected. Salary commensurate with qualification and experience with attractive incentive scheme.
Preference will be given to the candidates having experience in water and electrical safety audit.
