About the role:

As the Costing Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and controlling costs associated with our projects, ensuring accuracy and eciency in financial operations. Your responsibilities will include analyzing project costs, preparing budgets, and providing insights to support informed decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost accounting, financial analysis, and a deep understanding of the HVAC industry.

Key Responsibilities of the role will include:

➢ Coordination and Vendor Management:

● To coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission documents about tendering/bidding activities

● Evaluation of Vendors & Conduct Techno-Commercial negotiations with Suppliers. Preparation/forecasting of procurement budgets.

● To assist the commercial department in cultivating a good relationship with existing and potential associates/customers.

➢ Techno Commercial Evaluation:

● Understand BOQ, Designs & Drawings available in the tender document, Prepare estimates, Evaluate competitors’ rates, and quote bid winning rates.

● Establish quote priorities based on evaluation and analysis of overall opportunities.

● Prepare technical and commercial bid, and follow up until finalization along with the terms and conditions of the Purchase Order.

● Develop and implement requirements for cost recording, reporting, and analyzing standards, programs, and reports.

● Provide planning and cost-controlling support for all projects which includes variation Reporting, monitoring of milestone progress preparation of customer billing processes, Etc.

The Ideal candidate will have a proven track record with a strong background in Greenfield designing, team management, preferably in an interdisciplinary environment.

Specific requirements include:

● Candidates should have 7+ Years of experience in costing.

● Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Any Graduate

● Must have qualitative & quantitative management experience across Tendering & Bidding, Contracts, Procurement,Etc.

● Technically strong in project cost planning, scheduling, and reporting.

● Strong negotiation skills and quantitative acumen.

● Strong Hold on MS Oce and Mailing Software.

● Possess good project background and technical writing ability and skills.
