Salary Range: 90k to 1 LPM

Roles:

1. Fundraising & Resource Mobilization

• Identify and secure funding opportunities through corporates, trusts, foundations, government bodies, and institutional donors.
• Develop fundraising strategies to achieve annual funding targets.

2. Corporate Partnerships

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with CSR heads, corporate leaders, donors, and funding agencies.
• Develop long-term partnerships for sustainable funding and collaboration.

3. Proposal & Grant Management

• Prepare compelling proposals, grant applications, and partnership presentations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to develop customized funding proposals.

4. Stakeholder Engagement

• Represent the organization in meetings, networking events, CSR forums, and donor interactions.
• Facilitate corporate visits, donor meetings, and partnership discussions.

5. Government & Institutional Liaison

• Build relationships with government departments, CSR authorities, trusts, and institutional stakeholders.
• Explore funding opportunities through public and private sector initiatives.

6. Partnership Management

• Negotiate MoUs, partnership agreements, and collaboration terms.
• Ensure strong engagement and retention of existing funding partners.

7. Reporting & Impact Communication

• Coordinate with program teams to provide impact reports and utilization updates to donors.
• Showcase project outcomes to strengthen long-term partnerships.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Social Work, Public Policy, Development Studies, Communications, or related field.
• MBA / MSW / Master's in Development Studies or CSR Management preferred.
