We’re a fast-paced sustainable beauty brand building clean products with a strong purpose—
and now we’re looking for a numbers-obsessed E-commerce Sales & PPC Specialist who knows
how to scale sales on Amazon and other leading marketplaces.
This role is for someone who owns revenue, not just campaigns.
What You’ll Do
• Plan, execute, and optimise PPC campaigns across platforms like Amazon Ads, Flipkart,
Myntra, and/or Google Ads and other relevant marketplaces
• Drive sales volume, ROAS, and revenue growth on Amazon and global e-commerce
platforms
• Own end-to-end ad performance—from keyword research and bidding strategies to
optimisation and reporting
• Analyse data daily to identify growth opportunities, reduce CAC, and scale winning
campaigns
• Work closely with marketing and design teams to align creatives, listings, and conversion
funnels
• Monitor competitor activity, trends, and platform updates to stay ahead
• Take full ownership of monthly sales targets and growth metrics
What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience in E-commerce sales and PPC, preferably in beauty, FMCG, lifestyle,
or wellness
• Strong track record of scaling sales on Amazon (Seller Central / Vendor Central
experience preferred)
• Experience working with global platforms and international markets
• Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics (ROAS, ACOS, CAC, CTR,
conversion rates)
• Hands-on expertise in running, optimising, and scaling paid campaigns
• Strong analytical mindset with comfort in dashboards, reports, and data-driven
decisions
• High sense of ownership and accountability for sales outcomes
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
