Temperate Technologies is seeking a highly motivated individual as Impact and Partnerships Manager. This individual will manage all aspects of impact assessment and communication and will be the face of the organization for social sector partners.
Key Responsibilities
1. Partnership Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong, productive relationships with a diverse range of partners, including donors, NGOs, CSR organizations, and various government bodies.
- Identify and secure new funding opportunities and collaborative ventures.
- Manage all aspects of the partnership lifecycle, from initial outreach to proposal development, contract negotiation, and reporting.
2. Impact Assessment & Reporting:
- Design, implement, and oversee robust monitoring and evaluation (M&E) frameworks to measure the effectiveness and impact of all programs.
- Collect, analyse, and synthesize quantitative and qualitative data.
- Produce comprehensive written impact reports for stakeholders and the public.
- Ensure compliance with all donor and government reporting requirements.
3. Impact Communication & Advocacy
- Translate impact data into clear, compelling narratives suitable for diverse audiences.
- Develop and deliver presentations at events, conferences, and stakeholder meetings to showcase our achievements and demonstrate accountability.
- Create communication materials (e.g., case studies, infographics) that highlight key successes and lessons learned.
Qualifications & Experience
- Prior experience in partnership development, resource mobilization, or stakeholder management.
- Background in monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) or impact assessment.
- Expertise in communicating impact through both formal written reports and public speaking/presentations.
- Excellent written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to engage effectively with senior representatives from government, social and corporate sectors.
