This role is a research-led internship at the intersection of talent intelligence, executive search, and strategic hiring. Over a three-month, fully remote engagement—with the potential to convert into a full-time position—you will work closely with senior Partners to support leadership hiring for complex, high-impact business mandates.
The internship involves building deep industry and market intelligence through ecosystem mapping and targeted research to identify high-potential, largely passive talent. You will contribute to the delivery of India-focused and cross-border executive search assignments, assist in the development of AI-enabled tools and automation initiatives across the recruiting value chain, and help strengthen operational excellence through rigorous data accuracy, structured candidate documentation, and disciplined process execution.
