About the Role
Looking for a passionate, creative individual who can manage social media and/OR run ads, OR
build an e-commerce presence, and tell powerful stories that connect our work with forests,
communities, and wellness products. This role is for someone who can make audiences feel that
the brand and its impact are genuine and trustworthy.
Key Responsibilities
• Own and manage social media presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook,
YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Plan, create, and publish engaging content: posts, reels, videos, carousels, blogs, and
newsletters.
• Run and optimize paid campaigns (Meta, Google, and other ad platforms) for awareness,
traffic, and conversions.
• Manage and optimize brand presence on e-commerce platforms (website and
marketplaces) through listings, content, and storytelling.
• Develop narratives that link forests, communities, sustainability, and wellness products
in a simple, emotional way.
• Collaborate with founders and field teams to gather real stories, photos, and videos from
the ground.
• Engage with the community via comments, DMs, live sessions, and other interactive
formats.
• Identify, collaborate with, and manage creators, artists, and influencers aligned with the
brand’s values.
• Track and report on key metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, ROAS, sales, reviews) and
refine strategies.

Ideal Candidate Profile
• A natural storyteller who can bring impact, community work, and product journeys to
life for digital audiences.
• 2–5 years of experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing, or e-
commerce (strong portfolios or side projects also considered).
• Strength in at least one area:
• Performance marketing and running ads, or
• Creative content (writing, design, video, reels), or
• E-commerce platform management.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills; comfort on camera is a plus.
• Go-getter attitude, high ownership, and comfort in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
