Role Overview

We are a fast-growing beauty startup looking for a high-energy Talent Acquisition & Campus

Hiring Lead who can hunt, close, and build talent pipelines at scale. This is a hands-on role for

someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to source aggressively

through LinkedIn, headhunting, institute tie-ups, and campus hiring.

You will play a key role in building our intern and full-time talent ecosystem across multiple

functions as the brand scales.

What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end hiring across platforms for interns and full-time roles

• Actively headhunt and source candidates on LinkedIn and other professional platforms

• Build and manage strong relationships with educational institutes including:

• Management colleges

• Hospitality institutes

• Aviation institutes

• Design and skill-based colleges

• Plan and execute campus drives, internship programs, and placement partnerships

• Screen high volumes of resumes and shortlist the right talent fast

• Ensure strong job–candidate fit by matching skills, mindset, and culture

• Coordinate interviews, negotiations, follow-ups, and offer closures

• Independently generate hiring leads and convert them

• Draft clear, professional communication with candidates and institutes

• Use HR tech, ATS tools, and AI-driven solutions to streamline recruitment processes

• Take complete ownership of hiring outcomes—even if it means pushing beyond regular

work hours during critical phases

What We’re Looking For

• A true go-getter with a “hire fast, hire right” mindset

• Proven experience in headhunting, LinkedIn sourcing, Internshala, and campus hiring

• Strong ability to evaluate resumes, conduct screenings, and close candidates

• Excellent English communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

• Highly organised, deadline-driven, and comfortable handling multiple roles

simultaneously

• Experience using technology and AI tools for recruitment and HR operations

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, management, or related field preferred

• Startup experience is a strong plus
